Bait Panorama apartments are located in the lower Teola area, that part of the district above the Spöl river, just 400 meters from the Mottolino ski lift, 700 meters from the cross-country ski run and a 5-minute walk from the center of the country.

The structure is accessible to cars and has a reserved outdoor parking area.

You can serenely forget your car and profit of the free buses or enjoy a relaxing walk along the pedestrian cycle tracks to which the house is connected.

We have 7 different apartments: 2 one-room apartments / studios, 2 two-room apartments and 3 three-room apartments.

On the ground floor you will find a two-room apartment and three three-room apartments while on the second floor there are two one-room apartments and a two-room loft.

You will have at your disposal a ski or bicycle deposit, free access to the SPA of our hotel and many discounts with our partner partners (ski pass, bike pass, restaurants, ski rentals and ski and snowboard school booking).

At 100 meters from the house there is a mini market.

Located 400 meters from the Mottolino ski area in Livigno.

Bait Panorama has free parking, ski storage, a furnished sun terrace and accommodation with views of the Alps and the town.

The apartments occupy the ground floor, while the studios are located in the attic.

They have rustic mountain-style furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a kitchenette.

You will find bathrooms complete with bath or shower.

Wi-Fi access included.

Our common terrace also gives access to some apartments.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the mini market and a 5-minute walk from restaurants, pizzerias and pastry shops.

Check-in takes place in the main building from 15.00 to 19.00.
