At Bait Panorama we care about our and your safety and take all the prevention measures required by the Ministry of Health and the WHO.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept reservations only with a deposit, it will be the guarantee of a real desire to stay.
We offer flexibility to the guest with the ability to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the date of stay.
Loss of the deposit paid from 30 days to the day of arrival.

In case of cancellations from 30 days before arrival with proven limitations deriving from COVID19, we guarantee the validity of the deposit with a voucher to be used within 1 year.
In compliance with the provisions of article 88 of decree-law no. 18 of 2020 and article 28 of the decree-law n. 9 of 2020, it will be our commitment to send a voucher for the value of the deposit which must be used within one year from the date of booking.

The applicable conditions are as follows:
 the voucher is not transferable, and can therefore only be used by the beneficiary
 the amount is not divisible and must therefore be used for a single period of stay

CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE VOUCHER CAUSE COVID19
The country of origin requires the guest to put themselves in "quarantine" upon returning from their stay.
Suspension of non-European flights Lockdown in the country of origin.
National or regional lockdown
Italy does not accept people from the customer's country of origin
The guest tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine, with certification.

In case of positive from covid19 and variants:
For all bookings made after March 14, 20202, the management is not obliged to refund the deposits by issuing vouchers.
