MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is seven nights. In the case of lease of days less than seven, if accepted by the manager, an increase will be provided on the rate to be agreed, for recovery of cleaning costs and linen change.

PRICES
The prices offered include water and electricity for domestic consumption.

BOOKING
To book you must make a payment equal to 30% of the price of the entire stay by bank transfer or postal order and send a fax or an e-mail with the receipt of payment, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Payment must be paid in cash / credit card upon arrival in the apartment.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartments are available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the day of arrival until 9:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking or otherwise agreed with the staff.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The change of linen is made every guest change. The owner reserves the right to access the lodgings, should cleaning and extraordinary maintenance be necessary. Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms of the apartment (Lg 3/2003).

ACCESS AND USE OF THE PREMISES
The use of the premises is allowed in respect of the other guests and the condominium regulation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
60 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied; the advance will be returned in full, less the reimbursement costs. After this deadline the deposit will be retained in full.

A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if no damage has been caused to the property.

PETS
Pets can access the apartment upon request and approval of the owner at the time of booking in addition to the daily cost of € 5.-

In this case the customer will be charged a sum to be determined for additional cleaning, to be paid together with the balance.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
If the customer, or his guests, caused damage to the accommodation or its contents, the customer will be held responsible for such damage. In no case is accommodation allowed for a number of people greater than that established at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANAGER
If, for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the booked accommodation is not accessible, we reserve the right to assign another accommodation with the same characteristics as the chosen one.
